Enhancing Interculturality and Oral Skills in a Writing Course

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Motivating students to go beyond what is required on the syllabus can be challenging, especially in an advanced grammar course. To indirectly apply and strengthen grammatical rules covered in class, students have been partnered with a student in France. They have orally addressed cultural topics matching grammatical topics, with the goal of expending on interculturality. We will look at discussion topics and parameters selected by the faculty, students’ feedback and how they have welcomed this experience.
